Takudzwa Mujuru - my best activity at scouts

As a scout I mostly enjoy competing tasks.
Mostly teamwork is needed and it is hard when everyone has his own idea.
At the end nothing is done and time is running out.
I've learnt that in every task it is important to plan before acting.
The next step is to achieve the goal as a team,
with everyone sticking to the plan.
At the end as a TEAM
Together
Everyone
Achieves
More.

TO BE TRULY honest.......
Scouting from the day I joined the movement i truly didn't expect to have so much fun 'n' to meet so many people - i still looked foward to have MORE in general.
I was so glad that my tests to be coming a true scout weren't that hard to deal with. I PASSED them within two blessed weeks.
After a couple of months a was selected APL for the first time in my life. It felt
so good leading 'n' telling seven or eight members what to do and how to do it, getting instructions from the troop leaders.
My greatest achievement was in 2008 - the day i was chosen to be one of those who would be representing Zimbabwe at the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden 2011 if i continued working hard.

LOYALTY and COMMITMENT have brought me thus far in scouting.
AT the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden we as Zimbabweans want to show the world hat we are a loving and caring people

Lainah Machemba - my scouting experience

I like scouting because I get to meet new people, make friends, visit a lot of places and most of all I get to learn a lot of things such as first aid and cooking.

Laida Mwara - My Scouting Experience

From the first day i went for scouting i realized that i was in the right place.
I've learnt how to deal with obstacles and how to communicate with people not only at scouts but also in the community.
The thing I like most about scouts is you feel at home, you also get a chance to interact with new and different people.
I have also experienced good and bad times of which i understand, things like this happen in life.

As an IST member I expect to have fun and work hard and hope to know ways to react to situations that i face with the youngsters at the 22nd world jamboree.
